Use of this website & free tools
The website and its free health tools are provided for general information and wellness guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results from calculators and schedulers are indicative estimates based on published formulas; always consult a qualified doctor for clinical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something read or calculated here.
Services & subscriptions
The Practice Growth Suite is provided per the plan selected (Starter, Pro, Growth) on a 12-month or 6-month payment plan, as recorded in the signed order form. Purchase orders cover a minimum of 12 months of service under standard commercial terms; annual billing carries a discount over 6-monthly billing. Prices exclude GST (18%) and, for message delivery, actual WhatsApp/SMS costs plus 10% processing.
What we commit to — and what we can't guarantee
We commit to executing the contracted services diligently: listing optimization, review management, booking flows, reporting. Search rankings are determined by Google and other platforms; no specific ranking position can be guaranteed by us or anyone else — treat any such guarantee elsewhere as a red flag.
Content & intellectual property
Site content, tools and design are © LoQal AI. Clients retain ownership of their clinic data and content; we retain ownership of the platform, templates and tooling. Content we create for a client (posts, pages) is licensed to that client for the duration of the engagement and after it for their own use.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service period in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, platform (Google/Meta) policy changes, or outcomes of medical care.
Governing law
