What we collect
From website visitors: standard analytics signals (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — used only to understand and improve the site. Our health tools collect nothing: every calculator, scheduler and game runs entirely in your browser; health inputs are never transmitted, logged or stored.
From clients (clinics and providers): business contact details, listing information (clinic name, address, hours, services) and campaign data needed to deliver the Practice Growth Suite.
From our clients' patients (as a data processor): where a clinic uses our booking, messaging or reminder features, we process patient contact details and appointment data strictly on the clinic's instructions, under consent the clinic obtains.
How we use it
- To deliver contracted services — listings, bookings, reviews, reminders, reporting.
- To improve this website (aggregate analytics only).
- Never for sale to third parties, and never for advertising unrelated to our services.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent for communications at any time. Write to info@loqal.ai with subject "Data Protection"; we acknowledge and act within DPDP timelines. Every marketing or reminder message we send carries a working opt-out.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audited, and we retain personal data only as long as the engagement or law requires. Full detail on our safeguards is on the compliance page.
