Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for cancellations, refunds and what happens to fees already paid.

Subscriptions

Plans run on 12-month terms. You may cancel future renewal anytime with 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. Mid-term cancellation stops future billing where applicable but fees for the current committed term are not refundable, reflecting work already scheduled and delivered continuously (listings, posts, review management run weekly).

Onboarding & first billing period

Onboarding (audit, verification, profile rebuild) is included in your first billing period. If we fail to complete onboarding within 15 business days for reasons attributable to us, the first payment is refundable in full; once onboarding is delivered, the current billing period is not refundable.

Advertising spend

Ad budgets are paid to Google/Meta directly and follow their refund rules. Our management fee (15% of spend or ₹25,000/month minimum) is charged for management delivered in that month and is not refundable once the month has run; unstarted future months are simply not billed after cancellation.

Add-ons & project work

Fixed-price add-ons (landing pages, chatbots, vCards) are refundable before work begins, 50% refundable before first delivery, and non-refundable after delivery. Custom projects (websites, apps, clinic-management rollouts) follow the milestone terms in their order form.

How to request

Email info@loqal.ai with subject "Refund Request" and your clinic name. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
